Our Story

Waggle and Chew started at a kitchen table in Yorkshire, with one fussy spaniel and a big idea.

We were tired of turning over packets in the pet shop and finding a long list of things we could not pronounce. Our dogs deserved better than fillers, hidden sugars and mystery meat. So we set out to find treats we would happily feed our own pack, and share them with everyone else who feels the same way.

Today we work with small British makers who slow bake and air dry simple, honest ingredients. No factory shortcuts. Just proper treats that dogs go a bit daft for. We pack every order by hand and pop a little note in the box, because the wag at the door when a parcel lands is the whole point.

We are still small, still family run, and still obsessed with getting it right. Thank you for being part of the pack.

Why our stuff is sooo good

We keep it simple on purpose. If we would not feed it to our own dogs, it does not make the shelf.

Charities we support

Every pack you buy helps a dog who is still waiting for a home. We give a share of our profits to rescue and rehoming work across the UK.

Local rescue centres who foster, feed and rehome dogs in need.
Assistance dog charities who train life changing companions.
Seasonal food drives, so shelters are never short of treats at Christmas.

Once a quarter we will share exactly where the money went, right here, so you can see the tails you helped wag.

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Waggle and Chew website and any order you place with us. By using the site you agree to them.

Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm by email once we accept it and your treats are on the way. Prices are shown in £ and include VAT where it applies.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and let us know if anything looks off. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one.

Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love every order. If something is not right, we will make it right.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
Changed your mind on an unopened pack? Send it back within 14 days and we will refund the product cost.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within five working days of us receiving the return.

The 30 Day Guarantee

Fresher breath in 30 days, or your money back, and you keep the chews.

Our dental chews are made to freshen breath and help clean teeth with one chew a day. We are so sure they work that all the risk sits with us, not you.

Give the chews a fair go for a full 30 days, one a day.
If your dog's breath is not noticeably fresher, email us at hello@waggleandchew.co.uk.
We refund your order in full, and you keep whatever chews are left.
No forms, no posting anything back, no small print.

That is the whole promise. Try it, and if it does not work for your dog, you have lost nothing.

Our Environmental Policy

We love the outdoors as much as our dogs do, so we try to tread lightly.

Packaging that is recyclable or home compostable wherever we can manage it.
Plastic free padding and paper tape in every parcel.
British makers, so our treats travel fewer miles to reach you.
We plant a tree for orders over a set value, to give a little back to the land.

We are not perfect yet, but we are always looking for the next small change that adds up.

Modern Slavery Policy

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and our supply chain.

We work with a small number of UK makers we know by name. We expect every supplier to treat their people fairly, pay proper wages and follow the law. If we ever had concerns, we would act on them straight away and stop working with anyone who fell short.

Terms and Conditions

These are the ground rules for shopping with Waggle and Chew, written in plain English.

All products are for the treat and reward of healthy dogs, not as a replacement for a balanced diet.
Always give your dog fresh water alongside chews, and supervise while they enjoy them.
Offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Images are for guidance. Natural treats vary a little in size, shape and colour.

Your trust matters to us. Here is how we handle your information, in short.

What we collect

The details you give us to process an order, such as your name, address, email and delivery notes, plus basic information about how you use the site.

How we use it

To pack and post your order, to help with any questions, and, only if you opt in, to send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the partners who help us run the shop, such as our payment provider and delivery couriers. We never sell your data.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Free delivery on orders over £25. A flat rate applies below that.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are posted the same day.
Standard UK delivery usually arrives within two to four working days.
